 Greentown Estates is located
eight miles east of Kokomo, Indiana (US31) just minutes away from local
shopping. Greentown is the home of the Eastern Howard County School District, a
five-star school. There is a Performing Arts Program at Eastern High School and
an indoor swimming pool for the residents of Greentown.
Greentown Estates is an 81 site community, with paved parking spaces for two
vehicles, mature trees and a quiet, friendly atmosphere. Greentown Estates has
community activities several times a year for our residents. We have cook-outs
and yard sales for the adults, contest and holiday parties for our children.
There is always something here for adults or children. We have a Community Room
for events and for the residents to use. A newsletter is printed to keep the
residents advised of special events and any new happenings within our
community.
The residents of Greentown Estates are very important to us. We strive to
maintain the community in such a way that everyone is proud to call it
