 Spring Valley is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. It's just a short distance from Interstate 465 on Pendleton Pike, on the east side of the city. This 262-site community has city water and sewer and is surrounded by historical Fort Benjamin Harris. All of our streets are paved and there is adequate parking.
Spring Valley is surrounded by a large wooded park. Playground equipment is available for the community children. Community newsletters keep the resident's informed of all local and community events.
